You can apply online through our Availability page or contact our leasing office directly. The application fee is $35 per applicant. We'll review your application and typically respond within 1–2 business days. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, and weekends by appointment.
We offer flexible lease terms, including 6-month and 12-month leases. Month-to-month options may be available for qualified tenants. Contact our leasing team to discuss which option works best for your situation.
Yes, we're a pet-friendly community and welcome both cats and dogs with some breed and size restrictions. There's a one-time pet deposit of $250 per pet. Contact our office at (920) 233-0011 for details about our complete pet policy and any additional pet rent that may apply.
Our newly renovated apartments feature modern kitchens with updated appliances, spacious closets, air conditioning, and updated bathrooms. Select units include in-unit washer/dryer hookups. The community offers on-site laundry, ample parking with garage options, beautifully maintained green spaces, and responsive professional management.
Yes, we have plenty of parking available for residents, and off-street parking is included with your rent. Garage parking may also be available for an additional monthly fee. Contact our leasing office to inquire about current garage availability.
Some units have washer/dryer hookups available. For units without hookups, we offer convenient on-site laundry facilities with modern, well-maintained machines. Ask about laundry options when touring our available apartments.
Trash and water/sewer are typically included in your monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas (if applicable), and internet/cable services. Specific utility arrangements may vary by unit, so please confirm details during the application process.
Coachlight Village is located at 2019 Grove Street in the Woodland Park neighborhood of Oshkosh, Wisconsin (54901), a short walk from Captain's Cove and from Lake Winnebago. It has easy access to downtown Oshkosh, Menominee Park, shopping, dining, and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus. We're also on bus lines 1 and 4.
