SS Oshkosh Apartments is the combined home for two apartment communities in Oshkosh, Wisconsin: Captain's Cove and Coachlight Village. Each community has its own character: lakeside living near Lake Winnebago at Captain's Cove, and newly renovated, affordably priced apartments at Coachlight Village. Both share one leasing office and one phone number.
Both properties are managed by Manhattan Development Group (MDG), committed to providing an exceptional living experience since 2019 with rental properties spanning four states and all income ranges.
